Cloak of Darkness as the Shadow AND Batman is interesting, especially. And I love your use of positioning software. Thanks for the link!
Al Schreoder III
Al Schreoder III is probably a familiar name to anyone who's read 70s DC Comics. He was a regular in the letter columns, particularly in the Superman titles, so having him as the very first XOC letter writer is a real treat. Thanks, Al. He is currently the publisher of MindMistress (available at http://mindmistress.comicgenesis.com) and Flickerflame (http://www.webcomicsnation.com/alschroeder/flickerflame/series.php). Be sure to check them out.
I LOVE the site can't wait till 4/15/07. I'm Working on putting up different comic book/comic movies each month on my myspace page and I would love to link you. I of course wouldn't do this without your permission. Please let me know.
Michael Turner
Thanks very much, Michael. Michael has graciously put up a shot of the Cloak of Darkness and Nightbird from Investigator #52 on his very cool site at http://www.myspace.com/theendlessone
Hello! I just read both issues of your books and found them very entertaining. I like the way that you have establshed a back story for the characters even though we the audience have just gotten hint from it which to me makes me want to know more. I love the golden and silver age of comic books and this kind of stuff that you're presenting is what I like to read, In today's era of comics the characters are taken too far out of their element by their respective creative teams that you don't tend to recognize the charater at all. This is one of the reasons that I've stopped reading the newer stuff that's out. I find XOC comics to be a breath of fresh air and I hope that things go well for your company. I look forward to reading future issues of XOC comics. Keep up the good workand thank you for taking the time to read this.Sincerely Yours,Scottland DownsThanks very much for the kind words, Scottland. They are greatly appreciated, and I hope you keep coming back.
